| Nominate a Midlands business star under the age of 40 who is making a mark with professional success and community involvement. Nominees must primarily conduct business in the 10 counties of the Midlands and be under 40 years old as of Tuesday, January 01, 2013. Deadline for nominations is 5:00PM Monday, November 12, 2012. Winners will be notified in November. Names will not be made public until the 20 Under 40 section is published on Monday, February 18, 2013. Advice on nominations: - You must complete all three pages of the nomination form. Incomplete forms will not be considered. With the online form, you must click "Nominate Candidate" on page 3 to formally upload your nomination.
- Also on page 3 of the online form, you can upload up to five Word or pdf documents or reference letters in support of your candidate.
- Don’t give up just because a nominee has not been selected in previous years. Some 20 Under 40 honorees were nominated several times before they were selected.
- Please include details in your nominations. Avoid just saying a nominee is a "good," "hard working" or "kind" person. Add examples and anecdotes.
